Zignum Mezcal Anejo (750ml)

This is a mezcal with zero smoke. The mezcaleros at Zignum steam their agave pinas vs. smoking them. This allows the true essence of the Espadín to shine.  Made from 100% Espadín agave, Zignum Añejo is aged for at least 8 months in new American white Oak and an additional 10 months minimum in French oak barrels. Bright amber color with a rich blend of woody aromas from the aging. Delicious and lasting bouquet. Excellent, enjoyed neat.
