We're big fans of Irish whiskey, but a few of us here at MoM Towers are also rather fond of Irish cider too - so this cider cask-finished Tullamore D.E.W. is right up our alley! Thought to be the first of its kind, this expression packs a mighty punch of fruity notes right from the outset, so it ought to work quite well as an aperitif, or perhaps accompanying a rich, chocolatey dessert.

Nose: Clear apple influence, with a touch of maple syrup and grain sweetness in the background.

Palate: Apple peels, dry oak, poached pear, cinnamon bark and lime.

Tullamore D.E.W. Cider Cask Finish is light-bodied with a sweet, fruity vibrancy. This limited time Cider Cask finish is a rare and noble Irish whiskey that is the essence of Ireland, with notes of toasted oak tinged with cider sweetness to engage and delight the palates of true Irish whiskey lovers.
