Kaiyo Whisky “The Sheri” is a limited release, and considered by Kaiyō's master blender to be the finest work of his career. “The Sheri” is aged in a combination of Mizunara Oak, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. All of our whiskies are made from malted barley, un-chill filtered, and enjoy a three-month ocean maturation that helps bring out the unique flavors that can only be obtained from Mizunara Oak.
