Bottler Gordon & MacPhail has its own carefully selected casks for maturing single malt whisky. For example, this 13-year-old Tormore single malt matured in their own bourbon barrels. This slightly peated Speyside was bottled at 43% ABV.

ABV: 43%

Nose: Sweet vanilla, fleshy apple and apricot lead among dry-cured meat and peat smoke.

Palate: White fruit, sponge cake, lemon, oatcakes and smoked cheese.

Finish: Long, sweet and smoky.
